Outlane Golf Club celebrated its centenary in 2006.

Situated approximately one mile from Junction 23 of the M62 near Huddersfield, it is an 18 hole moorland course of some 6000 yards, renowned for its friendliness.

Visitors are very welcome, but check by phone first.

The last few years have seen major investments in the course and clubhouse, culminating in the spring of 2009 with the reconstruction of the 7th and 8th greens. At the same time, typifying the spirit of the club, a group of members have funded and constructed a new clubhouse veranda (see picture below).

If you are travelling from further afield, refer to the Stay & Play page for a hotel & golf package. Huddersfield and West Yorkshire have many excellent golf courses if you want to plan a major golf holiday.

The Clubhouse has excellent bar and meal facilities and is available for functions.

The well stocked Professional's Shop is open most times (including Saturdays and Sundays) for anything from tees to full sets of clubs to lessons.
